The Twins Are 4!!!

Okay, so I'm a little late in posting these pictures, but the twins turned 4 back on December 13.

Maddy enjoyed her new Barbie doll and her Fancy Nancy gear.

Gabby naturally enjoyed her new assortment of Dora toys!

And they both enjoyed their chocolate cake...yum!!!

Our Etsy Store is Open!

We recently started a store through Etsy for hair bows and other accessories and it's now open! Check it out at www.threesweets.etsy.com.

A Little Makeup

The girls found the Halloween face paint and Ana turned herself into the Joker from Batman:) Gabby would have nothing to do with it and stuck with the play makeup so she could be a princess. Maddy, on the other hand, let Ana paint a crown across her forehead, a necklace, and fingernail polish (all done with face paint mind you).

A Visit With Santa

We took the girls to see Santa today. We had a nice short line and happy kids, so as Santa said, "We are very blessed!"

We Rode the Pink Pig!

Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice

The girls made their gingerbread house today so they would have plenty of time to eat it before Christmas. We have the christmas trees up and Ana is anxiously awaiting the set-up of the Christmas village.

Gabby is Ready for Santa!

I finished Gabby's Christmas outfit today. I have Jacob's left to finish and then comes the great challenge: trying to get Jacob to sit still for a group shot and trying to get the camera to focus on anything human.

Fairy Land

This is Ana's latest craft creation. She made the fairy today almost completely by herself.

Atlanta History Center

We enjoyed a beautiful fall day at the Atlanta History Center. The Jim Henson exhibit was a lot of fun for the girls.

Of course the highlight of the visit was the playhouses, as usual.

Unfortunately Jacob was not feeling well because of the shots he had received the day before and was a little grump.

And Then There Was Jacob...

Three Things to Love About Jacob

He loves to be part of the crew.

He loves anyone who will take him outside.

He's just like his daddy...cell phone in one hand, cookie in the other.

Ana Banana

Three Things to Love About Ana

She's a smart cookie.

She is quite the actress.

She loves to giggle.

Our Sweet Gabby

Three Things to Love About Gabby

Easter is her favorite holiday.

She loves to give hugs.

She loves her little brother so much.

Our Little Maddy

Three Things to Love About Maddy
She cries when her picked flowers wilt.
She puts her shoes on backwards everytime.

She asks for a pink butterfly at least every other day.

The Best Place in the World...According to a 6-Year-Old

We went to the Interactive Neighborhood for Kids yesterday in Gainesville and boy was it fun! There was a grocery store which was Gabby's favorite
and a beauty salon which was Maddy's favorite (ooh la la, very posh for our little Fancy Nancy)
and a cafe where Ana's dream of running a restaurant was finally realized. She had many captive moms who became her willing customers. Ana now wishes we could run a real restaurant out of our house...aaahhh...I can barely get dinner on the table as it is and my current customers regularly complain about the menu:) Maybe she just wants to be in control of our menu...hmmm...cinnamon toast, pickles, and peppermints anyone?
They also had doctor and dentist offices which were naturally tons of fun:
And yes, Jacob was there too. He gained his freedom from the stroller outside at lunchtime, where his great accomplishment was sneaking a Skittles pack away from me when I wasn't looking. Little does he know yet, there is actually something inside the wrapper!
Tonight was crazy hair night at Awana and this is Ana's creation. Our resident beautician Maddy refused to participate in making anyone's hair look "crazy." So we went with pigtails and bows...just right for 3 years old:)
